We manufacture kraft paper embossing machines since there is a great need for this biodegradable packaging material and embossed kraft paper is becoming more and more popular. Kraft paper becomes more rigid when embossed, which makes it ideal for use as a great void-fill packaging material. These days, a lot of small products like music CDs, porcelains, metal parts, and even flowers are packaged with embossed paper. When processed by our padded mailer equipment, it can also be used to create padded envelope mailers.
Overview
A roll of 800mm wide kraft paper may be turned into a roll of embossed paper using our machine, which can then be further cut into rolls that are narrower and have smaller diameters. This machine produces embossed kraft paper at a speed of 100 -150 meters per minute.
In addition to producing embossed paper, it can be laminated with a sheet of backing kraft paper to create a considerably tougher wrapping material that can take stronger blows. Starch and sodium hydroxide can be used to make the glue.
The 3D paper bubbles are heated and shaped by the machine using steam, which helps them maintain their shape over time.
